    Your Key Responsibilities

     

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Supply Chain Management to drive our supply chain operations, ensuring they align with our organizational objectives. In this role, you will define and implement strategies, policies, and guidelines that optimize our supply chain processes and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Define and ensure the implementation of strategies, policies, and guidelines that optimize supply chain operations.

    + Manage and coordinate supply chain processes for the assigned organizational unit to meet defined objectives.

    + Develop and implement functional strategies and specific objectives for the supply chain sub-function.

    + Create and manage budgets, policies, and procedures that support the functional infrastructure and drive efficiency.

    + Oversee cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets to ensure operational excellence.

    + Continuously improve and develop processes and systems to meet evolving business requirements.

    + Align supply chain operations with overall business goals and objectives to support strategic initiatives.

    + Lead and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve company targets.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline

    + 5 years of demonstrated experience in similar role

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
