Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Environmental Services Shift Lead Attendant to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. What will you do?

+ Supervise and coordinate EVS team members in assigned areas

+ Ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including restrooms and guest rooms

+ Replenish supplies in restrooms

+ Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure housekeeping standards are met

+ Report maintenance and repair problems to the Supervisor

+ Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis

More about you

+ Must be at least 21 years of age

+ Previous experience as an EVS attendant or similar role

+ At least 6 months supervisory experience

+ Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures

+ Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions, and be guest service-oriented

+ Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations

+ No diploma required

Physical requirements

+ Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift

+ Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying

+ Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and perform washing duties

+ Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals

+ Noise level may be moderate to loud

+ Occasionally works in outside weather conditions
