Provides support to the CFS team and others by providing quality customer service to both internal and external clients by performing a variety of administrative and support tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Provides full client support for CFS clients and Financial Consultants; utilizes various systems required for account support; resolves problems regarding settlements, securities, etc. as necessary.

+ Works directly with the Financial Consultants in preparing for meetings with prospects and current clients, gathering information from & coordinating with various departments throughout the Bank.

+ Work directly with Senior Financial Consultant in managing client communication, scheduling annual review meetings, following up on action items and maintaining relationships.

+ Input financial information and meeting notes in financial planning software.

+ Assist Senior Financial Consultants with operational tasks which may include: account opening paperwork, servicing requests from existing clients, correcting NIGO issues, filing, updating and maintaining client file.

+ Maintain an active awareness and understanding of rules and regulations that affect the investment and insurance business.

+ Accompany Financial Consultants and Senior Financial Consultants on client meetings.

+ Understands the LPL operating systems, sales, proposal and reporting tools.

+ Field client calls and record communication on CRM spreadsheet.

+ Manage at risk/abandoned property accounts, negative balance accounts, RMD’s and accounts missing information for updates and corrections.

+ Serve as back up to the CFS Licensed Associate.

+ Within 18 months of position start date the expectation is to become securities and insurance licensed (Series 7, 63 and Life).

+ Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

+ BA or BS in related field preferred

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service preferred

+ Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and math

+ Strong communicator and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient in use of technology including Microsoft office suite

+ Detail oriented and organized

+ Ability to travel; valid driver’s license required

Salary Range $19.00 To $29.00 Hourly
