    What You'll Do:

    + Lead water mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects

    + Manage and perform job site activities, including water extraction, demolition, drying, and documentation

    + Communicate effectively with property owners, project manager, and mitigation team

    + Ensure job quality by monitoring progress, completing necessary paperwork, and updating job files

    + Train and mentor restoration technicians to maintain company standards

    + Operate industry equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, and moisture meters

    What We're Looking For:

    + 2+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration

    + Prior leadership or mitigation experience

    + IICRC Certifications in WRT/ASD (Water Restoration Technician / Applied Structural Drying) are a big plus

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
