We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3pm–11pm position in our Assisted Living department. Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

+ Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee daily activities of nursing assistants

+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

+ Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in resident conditions

+ Ensure narcotic documentation is complete and accurate

+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

+ Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for care delivery

+ Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

+ Current, active Ohio LPN license (in good standing)

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Current CPR certification

+ Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations

+ Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

+ Excellent communication and organization abilities

+ Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred
