**Job Title:** LVCG Technician (PTOC) Senior (WIM) – WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM) Instructor/Controller (IC)

**Location:** Various CONUS and OCONUS U.S. and Allied Military Locations

**Clearance Required:** SECRET (or higher)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced **WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM) Instructor/Controller (IC)** to join our team as a **Senior LVCG Technician (PTOC)** . The ideal candidate will serve under the guidance of the WIM Team Lead and be responsible for delivering a realistic, intelligence-driven simulation training environment to military units.

This role supports U.S. and Allied training exercises by integrating simulated intelligence data into C4I systems to meet specific exercise training objectives. The position involves teaching, coaching, and mentoring unit intelligence personnel on intelligence analysis and targeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Take operational direction and tasking from the WIM Team Lead.

+ Provide simulation-based intelligence training using government-furnished hardware and software.

+ Assist with installation, configuration, and operation of simulation systems, including operating systems and security software.

+ Ensure simulation environments accurately stimulate C4I systems to meet exercise requirements.

+ Mentor and instruct military intelligence personnel on developing actionable intelligence, targeting products, and situational awareness for commanders.

+ Travel to various CONUS and OCONUS training locations as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.

+ **Military Experience:**

+ Minimum of 20 years of service with experience at the O-5 level (e.g., LTC, LtCol, CDR).

+ Must have commanded at the O-5 level or held a functional equivalent role (e.g., Defense Attaché, Program Manager).

+ Completion of Military Education Level (MEL) 4 (e.g., intermediate-level service staff college).

+ Minimum of five (5) years military experience with at least three (3) years using Army training simulations.

+ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TCP/IP networks and protocols.

+ Security Clearance: Must possess a current SECRET clearance or higher.

Preferred Attributes:

+ Prior experience supporting WARSIM or similar intelligence simulation systems.

+ Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to evolving training scenarios.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse military units.
