PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Electrical Assembler** to support our durable goods manufacturing operation in Spring City, PA. This hands-on role is critical to the production of high-quality electrical components that power real-world solutions. What You’ll Do

+ Assemble electrical components and systems per technical schematics and blueprints

+ Measure, cut, strip, and solder wires and connectors to exact specifications

+ Inspect and test electrical assemblies using specialized equipment

+ Install wire sheathing, heat shrink, and epoxy

+ Stamp or etch serial numbers on components

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace

+ Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications

Required:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions

+ Basic mechanical and electrical understanding

+ Proficient with hand and power tools

+ Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods

+ Willingness to work in a loud manufacturing environment and around mechanical parts

Preferred:

+ 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing

+ Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures

+ Certification in electrical assembly or related technical training

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
