    As the Finance Systems Senior Analyst you will play a pivotal part in streamlining processes, advancing automation efforts, and driving the adoption of digital tools across the function. You will partner with key stakeholders within IT, Accounting, and other business areas as needed to provide best in class support and well thought out solutions that will enable future success of the business. In addition to technical and systems expertise, this role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers, ensuring alignment and clarity across initiatives.

    What We Will Accomplish Together

    + Providing subject matter expertise across all Finance and Accounting systems and workflows, supporting optimization and issue resolution

    + Leading project management efforts across Finance and Accounting transformation projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed

    + Creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and SOPs in partnership with Project Management Team

    + Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to translate functional needs into effective solutions

    + Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements across financial systems

    + Designing, building, and maintaining Power Automate workflows to drive efficiencies

    + Administering and serving as SME for BlackLine, including issue resolution and enhancement management

    + Developing and maintaining complex Workday reports to support analysis and decision-making

    + Championing digital upskilling and automation adoption across the Finance organization

    + Supporting strategic projects in partnership with the Finance Transformation team

    What You Have

    + You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

    + You should have 3–5 years in financial systems, business analysis, or finance transformation roles

    + You should have 2–3 years leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally involving ERP systems, automation tools, or process redesign

    + You should have experience managing financial system or process improvement projects

    + You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly document processes and requirements

    + You should have a proven track record with automation tools like Power Automate, Tableau, or SQL

    + You should have hands-on expertise with tools like Workday, BlackLine, or similar platforms

    + You should have knowledge of accounting processes and principles

    + You should have familiarity with automation tools, coding/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA, Power Platform)

    + You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate technical and non-technical teams

    + You should champion change and drive transformation with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

    + Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table - we like to have FUN!
