    Workflow Analyst

     

    The Opportunity

     

    We are seeking a process-minded and data-savvy **Workflow Analyst** to improve store labor efficiency and operational performance through deep analysis and field engagement.

     

    This role will lead efforts to streamline in-store workflows, optimize labor planning, and elevate the customer experience by driving clarity, consistency, and simplicity in execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze and refine store workflows to enhance labor productivity and reduce complexity

    + Develop models to assess impact of operational changes on staffing and efficiency

    + Recommend improvements to task design, scheduling, and labor allocation

    + Support implementation of new processes across store formats

    + Maintain documentation for SOPs and assist in training and rollout efforts

    + Collaborate with cross-functional partners on continuous improvement initiatives

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

    + 1–2 years in process improvement, labor analysis, or retail operations

    + Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with labor management systems

    + Strong analytical, communication, and observational abilities
