+ This position is a member of the Cabin and Regulatory Standards organization within Technical Operations.
+ The ideal candidate for this role will work with Cabin and Interiors Engineering groups as well as the Regulatory Standards and Certification teams to help identify trends, report on KPIs and produce reports that will help focus on improving product ownership, reliability and accountability.
+ The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, streamline processes, work well under pressure, quickly, and in the midst of competing priorities.
What you'll do

+ Work across functional teams to define and develop analytics and reporting requirements
+ Create dashboards using data expressions & visualizations which are aligned to strategic goals and operational initiatives
+ Define and implement data querying expressions and techniques using, for example, PowerBI, MS Excel, Excel Power Pivot and Tableau for analysis and visualization of data and insights
+ Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources (internal and external) using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
+ Create data models that build relationships between various data sets
+ Identify data sources that will help meet the analytic & reporting goals
+ Work with the business units and third-party vendors to evaluate the quality of different data sources and validate data accuracy and integrity
+ Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time while operating a computer
+ Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Design, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
+ 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
+ 2+ years of experience designing and developing visualization solutions using PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise data visualization software
+ Experience in programming languages and statistical/data tools (e.g. Python, R)
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Exceptional problem solving technical and data analysis skills
+ Advanced SQL or Oracle skills
+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Vision) experience and strong understanding of data relationships
+ 2+ years of program management experience, including defining and clarifying requirements, monitoring project
+ Working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining
+ Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models is a plus
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Data analysis and visualization
+ Experience in programming languages and statistical/data tools (e.g. Python, R)
+ Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
+ Excellent communications (written and oral), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a track record as a problem solver and an effective team player
+ Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
+ Have attention to detail and an ability to organize and prioritize workload
+ Flexible person with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing environments
+ Ability to consults with technical peers and management and collaborate on the best solution to be implemented
+ Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
+ Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
+ Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data
+ Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
