Position Overview:

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ServiceNow development and deployment efforts supporting the expansion of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules including planning, execution, and transition to operations.

+ Manage a cross-functional team of developers, administrators, business analysts, and organizational change management specialists.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs and technical requirements.

+ Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

+ Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using ServiceNow SPM and other PM tools.

+ Ensure compliance with federal frameworks (e.g., ISO 20000, CMMI Level 3, ITIL v4).

Required Qualifications:

+ 6+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading ServiceNow implementations.

+ Proven experience managing federal IT projects

+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and SPM modules.

+ Familiarity with Agile, CX, and ethnographic design principles

+ PMP or CSM certification preferred.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
