    Description:

    **Brightside for Families and Children** , a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced **Clinical Case Supervisor** to come join our team.

     

    Brightside helps to build families and support individuals through family outreach and stabilization, psychiatric and medication evaluation and management, special education, and by being there to offer support and encouragement.

     

    The **Clinical Care** **Supervisor** **is a master's Level professional** who is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Clinical Case Coordinators, Clinician I staff, and interns.

    What you will do:

    + Responsible for intakes, assignments and the supervision of cases and maintains a small case load.

    + Responsible for insurance performance specifications and quality performance standards.

    + Works collaboratively with Director, Program Manager, and administrative support staff.

    + Ensures community satisfaction of services rendered.

    + Conducts weekly supervision of Clinical Case Coordinators and provides supervision to the clinical team during clinical review meetings.

    + Reviews treatment goals and assists in development of therapeutic strategies, addresses clinical challenges between clinicians, assures family progress and movement towards termination.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + **Education:** Master’s degree in the human service field including, master's in social work; Marriage and Family Therapy; and Mental Health Clinician.

    + **Licensure:** Requires an MA License or must be license-eligible (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

    + Minimum five (5) years working with children and families. Experience with collaborative wrap-around services required. Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required. Must have a strong knowledge of family system therapy; sensory integration; educational advocacy; and evidence-based treatment strategies.

    + Marketing skills preferred. Bilingual skills preferred.
