Hybrid position, minimum 3 days a week in the office

Byline Bank's - Byline Financial Group (Leasing) is seeking to hire a Credit Analyst to support the Leasing team located in Bannockburn, Illinois.

The Credit Analyst prepares prospective and current client credit files for review and approval upon receipt of a credit request / application.

+ Run Credit Bureaus, Dun & Bradstreet, Paynet, SOS and OFAC reports.

+ Provide timely communication & decision making to sales reps / teams.

+ Research prospective clients, including but not limited to internet research

+ Independently review and decision client transactions that fall within application only parameters.

+ Prepare files that are being sold for syndication.

+ Update credit on existing files.

+ Prepare vendor files for review by manager.

+ Assist with preparing files for audit/compliance requests

+ Assist other departments with their duties.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma, required. Bachelors Degree preferable.

+ 2-3 years of credit administration or analysis experience in small ticket leasing.

+ Familiar with credit reports generated by various agencies.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation & Benefits:

Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

The salary range for this position is between $61,000 to $76,000.

In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
