Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Rooms in Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa!
Title: Registered Nurse - ER
**Schedule:** _PRN, as needed_
As an RN at MercyOne, you will:
+ Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation
+ Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
+ Triage and prioritizing care needs
+ Crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors) and emergency operations preparedness
+ Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
+ Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
General Requirements:
+ Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support; PALS
+ Training Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing, TNCC
+ Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year.
+ Experience: No experience required.

+ Associate's Degree
