    We’re hiring Equipment Operators to join our team at a

     

    leading distribution center. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the

     

    warehouse using a variety of powered industrial trucks.

     

    **Job Title:** Equipment Operator

    **Location:** Greer, SC

    Shift & Pay Range:

    • $18.50/hr 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm)

    • $19.00/hr 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 3:00am)

    • $19.00/hr 3rd Shift (Friday - Sunday, 6:00Am - 6:00Pm)

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    • Safely operate equipment , Stand up forklift (harnessed in) that goes up to 40 ft in the air

    • Accurately pick, pack, and move product using RF scanners and established processes

    • Restock picking bins with product from reserve storage

    • Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Adhere to all safety, quality, and productivity standards

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    •Must have a minimum of 6 months forklift experience, within the last 2 years

    • Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in a physically active role (standing, bending, walking, etc.)

    • Basic communication skills to follow written and verbal instructions in English

    • Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to safety and detail

    • Background & Drug screen
