Our client, a dynamic leader in the finance sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounts payable team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent process improvement skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Manager

Pay Range: $45/HR W2

What's the Job?

+ Manage the daily operations of the accounts payable team, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor inquiries.

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

+ Lead month-end and year-end AP close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.

+ Maintain and improve AP systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

+ Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support business initiatives.

+ Proven experience in accounts payable management or a similar role.

+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

+ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
