    Description

    We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation in immersive learning experiences for Amazon Logistics, the world's largest logistics employer. You'll drive development across augmented reality (AR), simulations, and conversational interfaces to enhance training and performance.

     

    In this role, you'll lead product strategy for immersive learning technologies, build and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, design and execute experimental strategies, conduct hands-on field testing with users, and scale successful solutions globally.

     

    The ideal candidate brings enterprise technology product management experience, expertise in technology-enabled learning solutions, strong data analytics capabilities, strategic thinking and execution skills, exceptional communication and influence skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

     

    You'll combine business acumen and product sense with technical understanding to identify and solve complex customer problems, drive results in an entrepreneurial environment, partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams, make data-driven decisions, and lead global-scale implementations.

     

    Success in this role requires high judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Define, own, prioritize, and deliver against a product roadmap

     

    - Write business requirements, create the case for prioritizing projects, work with tech teams to size and implement software, and track progress to deliver at high bar on time

     

    - Create buy-in for the strategic vision and product roadmap across necessary teams

     

    - Build and manage partnerships with external development partners

     

    - Partner closely across functions, to conduct experiments and collect data to inform future direction

     

    - Leverage data analytics and customer insights to make informed product decisions

     

    - Up to 20% travel required

     

    About the team

     

    We serve AMZL’s Learning teams as the strategic thought leader, looking beyond where other teams are focused to drive transformative solutions that leverage technology and processes to improve learning outcomes and drive down the cost to serve.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

     

    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience with end to end product delivery

     

    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

     

    - Experience as a product manager or owner

     

    - Experience owning technology products

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Master's degree or equivalent

     

    - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

     

    - 5+ years and at least two full conception to release product cycles in video games, simulation, or immersive technologies.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
