The Consultant is responsible for collaborating with the engagement teams in the design, execution, and delivery of research and analysis that support strategic business decisions for our clients. This position acts as a liaison between departments, coordinating efforts for the final deliverable including survey design, guide development, model structure and analysis.

Thisis afull-timepositionandreports directly to theDirector, Consulting.

+ This is a remote,home-officerole and candidates located in thecontinentalUnitedStateswill be considered.

+ For this position, there is a preferenceto hireinCST orEST, however candidates inall time zoneswould be considered.

_Travel Requirements_

Expected travel is5-10%forthis role.

_Essential Functions_

+ Identify and contact key market participants and conduct in-depth, qualitative telephone interviews covering market-related topics

+ Understand the client’s business challenges and project hypotheses

+ Assist in the development of interview/ discussion topic guideand other primary research tools

+ Conduct secondary research about products, market segments, key market participants, and consolidate collected data

+ Summarize and consolidate interview feedback while cross-checking for consistency and validity of the information

+ Assist in the analysis ofmarket demand data, inputs and assumptions

+ Work independently on multiple projects at one time, with guidance from the engagement manager

+ Prioritize tasks to meet established project deadlines, handle workflow peaks

+ Support preparation of detailed reports/ PowerPoint presentations (findings and analysis) to clients

_Education Requirement_

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

_Required_** **_Experience_** **_, Knowledge_** **_and Skills_

+ 2+ years consulting experience to include in-depth telephone interviewsand secondary research projects

+ Basic Excel skills

+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

+ Experience in building materials and/or construction related business

+ Good computing and data processing skills to consolidate and interpret industry data

+ Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

_Salary Disclosure_

_Base Salary_ _R_ _ange: $_ _60,000 - $75,000_

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and otherjob-relatedfactors.Dodge Construction Network’scompensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary,comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles,uncappedcommissionsplans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
