    The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for...

     

    + preparing SEC filings and internal reports as well as Forms 10K and 10Q

    + lease accounting/ASC842 management

    + month-end close assistance

    + coordinating with external auditors

    + SOX documentation/compliance management

    Requirements

    The ideal Financial Reporting Manager comes with...

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

    + 4+ years of accounting experience, either in an industry financial reporting role or public audit with SEC clients

    + CPA, preferred, but not required
