    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Speech Language Pathologist Assistant** in **Wagoner County, Oklahoma** ! This role is in person / on site from a school setting. Please read below and reply with an updated resume for consideration.

     

    **Type:** Permanent Hire

    **Schedule:** This is a full time position and follows a 9 month school schedule

    **Pay:** $26.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience

    **Travel** Travel between multiple schools can be required (paid for both mileage and drive time)

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in a school setting. The SLP or SLPA will provide therapy services to children with speech, language, communication, and related disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment.

    Responsibilities for Speech – Language Pathologist Assistant:

    • _Assist with Therapy:_ Provide therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP, following established treatment plans and IEP goals.

    • _Data Collection:_ Collect and document student performance data during therapy sessions and report progress to the supervising SLP.

    • _Support Services:_ Assist in the preparation of materials, scheduling of therapy sessions, and coordination of group activities.

    • _Collaboration:_ Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the implementation of student communication goals.

    • _Administrative Duties:_ Help maintain student records, therapy logs, and other required documentation as directed by the supervising SLP.

    Qualifications for the Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant:

    • Certificate of Speech-Language Pathology Assisting from an accredited program.

    • Current state licensure/certification as an SLPA.

    • Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting.

    • Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
