    Responsibilities for a Central Services Technician include but are not limited to:

    + Executing manufacturing **batch records, SMP's, work instructions, and/or SOPs** with minimal instruction, focusing on proactive "right the first time" executions.

    + Documenting all activities precisely to meet **cGMP requirements** , ensuring accuracy and completeness in logbooks, SMPs, and batch records.

    + Utilizing **central services processing equipment** according to established SOPs, including biological safety cabinets, various mixers, autoclaves, washers, balances/scales, and pH/conductivity meters.

    + Helping identify and support the implementation of **Continuous Improvement opportunities** , including identifying waste within work processes and proposing cost-saving projects.

    Candidates for Central Services Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High school diploma or GED required; **1-2 years' experience working in a GMP facility** preferred (reduced experience considered with increased levels of education in applicable discipline).

    + Strong **communication skills** and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and primary support functions.

    + Must be able to **lift up to 25lbs minimum** and perform other related duties as assigned.

    + Basic **computer skills** , including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a lean, action-oriented organization with a strong work ethic.

    + Shift: **7 PM - 7 AM (2-2-3 rotation)** – _Note: Must work day shift for training (2-4 weeks)_

    **Pay Details:** $25.50 per hour
