    Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Georgetown, KY to hire an **Assistant Manager of Electrical Maintenance** . This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership and hands-on electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily electrical maintenance for all facilities and equipment.

    + Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians; manage vendors and contractors.

    + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and electrical codes.

    + Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.

    + Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for electrical projects.

    + Support energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 10+ years of electrical maintenance experience.

    + 3–5 years in a leadership role (assistant manager level or above).

    + Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, servo motors, and industrial systems.

    + Solid understanding of blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + AA degree required.

    + Must be able to work an on-call schedule, including occasional nights/weekends.
