We’re looking for a driven **Assistant Manager** ready to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver top-tier hospitality and guest experiences

+ Master all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) roles

+ Lead by example with professionalism and energy

+ Manage inventory and food budgets

+ Train and support team members

+ Operate and troubleshoot Toast POS

+ Ensure recipe and policy compliance

+ Oversee bar operations and beverage quality

What You Bring:

+ Experience in both FOH and BOH operations

+ Strong leadership and multitasking skills

+ Knowledge of bar service, beer styles, and mixed drinks

+ Familiarity with Toast POS (preferred)

+ Passion for food, people, and fast-paced environments
