    Now Hiring: Shipping Coordinator

    Adecco is assisting a top-tier manufacturer in Georgetown, KY in hiring a **Shipping Coordinator** . This role is ideal for an organized professional with manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of logistics, production, and material flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and tags.

    + Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems; generate and distribute EDI reports.

    + Ensure timely delivery of ASNs and update daily shipping schedules.

    + Receive and tag steel shipments; coordinate miscellaneous outgoing shipments as needed.

    + Cross-check trucking invoices and maintain accurate shipping records.

    + Communicate with customers to manage and meet product demand schedules.

    + Support Production Control with accurate shipping and inventory reporting.

    + Track and order shipment supplies; verify all shipment information for accuracy.

    + Enter daily inspection reports and maintain shipping compliance.

    + Identify and correct unsafe behaviors or conditions.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of logistics, production control, and inventory flow.

    + Understanding of business operations and ability to meet deadlines.

    + Experience in steel, forging, or automotive is a plus, but not required.
