    **Position:** Machine Operators – Night Shift

    **Location:** Newington, CT

    **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 4 days on, 3 days off

    **Pay Rate:** $ 19.00/hour

    **Type:** Entry-Level | Temp-to-Hire | On-the-Job Training Provided

    We are actively hiring **Machine Operators** to join a growing production team in Newington, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with general machine operator or manufacturing experience who are looking to expand their skills. The company is committed to training and developing reliable candidates eager to build a long-term career.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Candidates with previous experience in manufacturing, production, or operating machinery (any industry)

    + Individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

    + Reliable transportation to Newington, CT

    + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude

    Requirements:

    + Ability to read, write, and follow instructions

    + Basic math and measurement skills

    + Dependable attendance and punctuality

    + Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts

    + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

    Key Responsibilities:

    Bindery Machine Operator:

    + Learn how to safely operate envelope and mail system machines

    + Conduct basic troubleshooting and quality checks

    + Follow instructions to sort and separate materials accurately

    + Keep work area clean and organized

    Insert Machine Operator:

    + Load machines with required materials and monitor production

    + Resolve basic machine jams or errors

    + Ensure sorting and bundling meet USPS specifications

    + Maintain consistent output while ensuring quality

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
