Job Title: AI Engineering Manager
Job Description
As the Manager of Agentic AI Engineering, you will lead a highly specialized team driving the development of cutting-edge AI systems. The manager will lead efficiency across three key areas: Data Cleaning, Model Fine-Tuning, and Agentic AI Creation. This individual will oversee a team of senior engineers and work closely with leadership, product, and research teams to drive the development of innovative AI systems.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents.
+ Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development.
+ Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
+ Serve as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Strong expertise across the entire lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems.
+ Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in Data Cleaning, Model Fine-Tuning, and Agentic AI Creation.
+ 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Team Management.
+ Proficiency in machine learning, artificial intelligence software, Python, SQL, C#, and software development.
Work Environment
The work environment consists of desk work with a casual attire policy. The team is composed of five people, and external technology is not allowed inside the building. TSMC will provide a work phone, and lockers are available in the lobby to store personal items not permitted inside. Employees must go through security checks each day upon entering and leaving the building.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $195000.00/yr.
