Join Our Theatre Production Team – Make a Lasting Impact on Young Performers! Do you want to use your theatre skills to make a difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our Production Team for our Drama Kids Take 2 Performance Academy program. This is a PART-TIME role that would make a great second job for adults who LOVE theatre! About Us: We believe theatre should be a child’s happy place. It should be a confidence-building experience. Our mission is to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged, celebrated, and supported no matter their experience or ability. The spotlight is on self-esteem, personal growth, and creative expression, not perfection. We're Looking For Team Members Who Are:  Positive and encouraging role models Reliable and enthusiastic collaborators Focused on building self-esteem through the arts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with children ages 5–17 Committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space Bonus Points If You Have Experience In: *Teaching or directing children’s musical theatre or choir *Choreographing simple, fun, and age-appropriate routines *Stage management, tech, or set/prop coordination (but not required!) Roles May Include: • Assistant Director • Music Director • Vocal Coach • Choreographer • Production Assistant • Stage Manager  Class locations are located in: • Apollo Beach/Ruskin • Brandon  • Wesley Chapel *Must be willing to assist at all locations *Rehearsals are Mondays-Wednesdays from 6-8pm. You would not need to be there every night every week.
