    Job Description:

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Maintenance l is responsible for maintaining the grounds around Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) buildings using hand or power tools, or equipment. This individual performs maintenance and repair services necessary to keep MCHS buildings, rental properties, departments, and occasionally regional centers, functioning safely and efficiently.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION

    _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._

     

    **Minimum Required:** None

    **Preferred/Optional:** Post-secondary schooling in related field.

    EXPERIENCE

    **Minimum Required:** One year experience in general maintenance.

    **Preferred/Optional:** None

    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

    **Minimum Required:** Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency. Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to MCHS's insurer.
