Connexus Energy is seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role within our newly formed Project Management Office, overseeing and executing cross-functional technology and enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors, to facilitate effective communication, problem solving and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Anticipated hiring pay is $98,600.00 - $129,500.00. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.

In this position, you will:

+ Manage the full lifecycle of projects

+ Assist with requirement gathering, business analysis, and project scoping activities

+ Develop detailed project task lists, resource plans, and schedules

+ Execute and drive project progress and accountability

+ Monitor, measure, and report on project KPIs while ensuring quality and scope adherence

+ Proactively manage and mitigate project risks

+ Collaborate closely with project resources and business stakeholders to balance and maintain priority alignment

+ Learn key business processes along with associated technologies to be able to guide and support the project team

+ Provide input to the enhancement and continuous improvement of project management standards and processes

+ Provide Project Management Office services to project leaders throughout the enterprise through training and coaching

Need to have:

+ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

+ Formal training in project management concepts, practices and tools

+ Three or more years managing cross functional projects

Nice to have:

+ Five or more years managing cross functional projects at an electric utility

+ Experience leading software implementation projects

+ PMI certification
