    **Location:** Richmond, VA

    **Pay:** $30–$36/hour (based on experience)

    Job Description:

    We’re seeking a dependable **Fleet Mechanic** to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role supports our lead mechanic in maintaining a fleet of vehicles and small engines, including gas and diesel-powered equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on fleet vehicles

    + Service small engines, including pony motors

    + Work on both gas and diesel engines (no major engine overhauls)

    + Follow direction from the lead mechanic and assist as needed

    + Maintain accurate service records and ensure equipment is safe and operational

    Qualifications:

    + Experience with gas and diesel engine maintenance

    + Familiarity with small engine repair

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently

    + Strong attention to detail and safety

    + Valid driver’s license

    **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday

    **Compensation:** $30–$36/hour, depending on experience
