    Description

    The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

    Role:

    + People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.

    + Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.

    + Coach your RGMs on the "4 Rights" in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.

    + Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.

    + Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).

    + Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.

    + Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.

    + Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.

    + Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

    + 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.

    + Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.

    + Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction

    + Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

    + Exceptional team building capability.

    + Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.

    + Basic personal computer literacy

    + Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

    + Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
