Summary
The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems. This role ensures the performance, availability, and security of all enterprise IT systems, supporting business continuity and compliance.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Network Management:
+ Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
+ Monitor and optimize network performance and availability.
+ Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure proper network segmentation and access control.
Server Management:
+ Manage on-premises, data center and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows/Linux/VMWare).
+ Maintain Active Directory, Entra, DNS, DHCP, file systems, Outlook, Exchange, Mimecast and CrowdStrike.
+ Maintain backup systems and business continuity plans to failover to backup data center.
+ Ensure high availability and redundancy for critical services.
Security Management:
+ Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
+ Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and risk mitigation.
+ Monitor security logs and respond to incidents and breaches.
+ Serve as a first responder to security incidents, lead investigation, containment and recovery efforts. Document
+ and report on incidents.
General IT Operations:
+ Maintain system documentation, configurations, and SOPs.
+ Lead patch management and system upgrades.
+ Collaborate with other teams for IT support and project implementation.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles with hands-on experience in networking, servers, and security.
+ Proficiency in Cisco/Meraki networking, SD-WAN, SASE security, Windows/Linux server environments, and
+ security tools.
+ Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Active Directory, Entra and VMware virtualization
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, Network+, CySA+, Microsoft Certified: Azure
+ Administrator, CISSP, NIST Cybersecurity Professional, CEH
+ Experience with Cato SASE SDWAN, Arctic Wolf Security Solutions, Horizon3ai, Veeam One
Other:
+ There will be occasional travel to our data centers, field offices and construction sites for network and server infrastructure changes.

For Field/Jobsite Requirements:
+ Frequently sits, stands and talks.
+ Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.
+ Vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
+ Must work on ladders at Data Center server racks, server rooms and offices as necessary to service server and network components.
+ Ability to maneuver on ladders and scaffolding, walk through sand or mud, climb on and around vehicles and construction equipment at construction sites.
**Salary Range:** $120,000 to $150,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program.
Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
