    LONG-TERM SUBSTITUTE - HS SOCIAL WORKER VACANCY

    The following position is posted in accordance with the negotiated agreement:

    POSITION:1.0 FTE Long-Term Substitute High School Social Worker (July 15, 2025 - June 30, 2026)

     

    REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:Preferred LMSW or School Social Worker Certification

     

    (School Counselors/Psychologist candidates will be considered)

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Comprehensive understanding of school social worker ethics and duties

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of the principles and methods for social work practices

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive student

     

    centered learning environment.

     

    • Collaborate with faculty, students, parents and staff to provide whole

     

    child support leading to academic success.

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 3:23 pm Summer hours as well

     

    START DATE:July 15, 2025

     

    SALARY:Compensation as per District/AFA Collective Bargaining Agreement
