Position Summary:
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will be part of a dynamic team who supports the continuous evolution of enterprise portfolio management systems, processes, roadmaps and communication by taking a proactive, organized and detailed approach. She/he will focus on managing a group of projects to deliver expected value and return that aligns to strategic objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Support administration, reporting, roadmap development and other activities as needed for the enterprise portfolio. Support process evolution, documentation, and communication.
+ Support the enterprise methodology and reporting related to the prioritization and sequencing of enterprise-level projects as well as other cross-portfolio communications.
+ Partner with stakeholders to manage project request intake to ensure strategic alignment and real business outcomes; Support and evolve Enterprise Benefits Realization process, templates, calendar and communication plan by leveraging an organized approach to collaborative and detailed planning, thorough documentation, alignment of stakeholders and executive ready deliverables.
+ Prepare and analyze reports that represent overall Portfolio health, and monitor leading indicators that could negatively impact efficient execution
+ Ensure adherence to and be a champion for appropriate governance processes
Position Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in finance or business
+ 4-6 years of business experience in related industry
+ Solid relationship building with partners across the organization at all levels
+ Strong Microsoft skills including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI a plus. Knowledge of Tableau or ServiceNow a plus.
+ Excellent execution and delivery skills including project planning, verbal and written communication, and change management.
+ Strategic thinker and proactive decision maker

+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, fast-growing, highly interactive environment
+ Collaborative, curious and confident

+ The selected candidate will work a hybrid work schedule which will require weekly reporting to our Chicago, IL office

The range for this position is $77,100 to $128,500. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
