    Overview

     

    We are seeking an experienced Vice President/Executive Client Partner with a proven track record in the Retail industry to join our team. This senior-level role is critical to our mission of delivering transformative solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive retail network and industry expertise to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and ensure exceptional delivery of our solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Your Impact:

    1. **Business Development and Growth:**

    2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the retail industry.

    3. Develop and execute growth strategies that drive significant revenue increases.

    4. Leverage deep industry relationships to open doors and create strategic partnerships.

    5. Promote Publicis Sapient’s full suite of solutions, including digital transformation, customer experience, and technology services.

    6. Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious growth and revenue targets.

    7. **Client Relationship Management:**

    8. Act as the primary executive point of contact for key retail clients.

    9. Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

    10. Gain a deep understanding of client needs and align Publicis Sapient’s solutions to address their most pressing challenges.

    11. **Delivery and Operations:**

    12. Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects are executed successfully, on time, and within budget.

    13. Provide strategic oversight and address challenges to maintain alignment with client expectations.

    14. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction.

    15. **Team Leadership and Collaboration:**

    16. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.

    17. Mentor and guide team members to drive professional growth and enhance team performance.

    18. Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and impactful client strategies.

    19. **Industry Expertise and Networking:**

    20. Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

    21. Represent Publicis Sapient at retail industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.

    22. Use market insights to inform client strategies and continuously refine Publicis Sapient offerings.

    Qualifications

    Your Skills and Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    + Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in the retail industry.

    + Demonstrated success in driving business growth and exceeding revenue targets.

    + Extensive network of relationships within the retail sector.

    + Strong understanding of delivery processes and budget management.

    + Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.

    + Proven ability to lead teams, multitask, and manage complex engagements.

    + Strategic thinker with a growth-focused, client-first mindset.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Pay Range: $200,000 - $280,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
