    Title: Customer Assurance Operator II- 2nd shift.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Essential daily quality support of a designated area

    + Monitor and evaluate "end of line product" to assure products meet or exceed quality standards per the B.O.M.

    + Daily proactive engagement and support with operations teams.

    + Supports Quality Department initiatives by coordinating QCP/Andon, using visual management tools, applying EMS and 5's skills.

    + Monitors, maintains, and communicates all quality and employee related issues and seeks support on all issues that are critical.

    + Assist in quality improvement and problem-solving as needed.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Ability to use a computer.

    + Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (height gage, micrometer, caliper, gap gauges, etc.) and application of engineering drawings.

    + Able to stand for much of the shift.

    + Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
