Now Hiring: Quality Inspector – Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing

Pay & Schedule:

**Pay:** $18.00–$22.00/hr based on experience

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (A Shift)

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Inspect a variety of metal and electro-mechanical components to verify conformance with specifications

+ Utilize hand tools and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, optical comparators, and microscopes

+ Read blueprints and technical drawings to conduct thorough incoming, in-process, and final inspections

+ Record accurate measurements, track non-conformances, and update inspection logs in quality databases

+ Support shipping documentation, traceability, and quality reporting using ERP software (such as Syteline)

+ Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure customer expectations are met

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

+ Prior experience in manufacturing quality inspection (3+ years preferred)

+ Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools

+ Comfort with quality documentation and ERP/production tracking systems

+ A solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)

+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
