We are currently seeking a MIS Tool Admin Support to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
Job Description:
MIS Tool Admin Support ( PowerCenter, OBIEE, Hyperion)
Looking for an indvidual with experienced System Administrator to support the following environments:
Informatica Power Center and BDM
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Part of an on-call rotation providing support for critical production issues. Exadata and OS patching support for all EAS Informatica related Infrastructure
+ Install, configure, upgrade and maintenance of Informatica Power Centre and Informatica BDM
+ Quickly adapt to standard policies/procedures for Change management, Compliance, SOX and other processes.
+ Infrastructure Support: Responsible for managing Development, test and Production environments.
+ Restarting the Services or Bouncing Activities
+ Environment Monitoring: Availability readiness
+ Perform System level parameter checks, Memory utilization, CPU spike, various parallel loads (sessions) that are running on each node.
+ Troubleshoot application functionality, data quality, and performance related issues and executing/revising/manipulating UNIX, Linux, and SQL code to respond to different maintenance requests.
Skills:
+ Over 7 years of experience on Informatica PowerCenter, Big Data Management and Power Exchange 10.x or higher administration on Unix/AIX/Linux and Windows server platforms in HA GRID environments, performing software installations, upgrades and code migrations between environments.
+ Strong experience in administering Informatica Data Integration (PC, PWX, B2B DT and DVO) and Data Management tools (MM, BG, IDQ) and Data Security Tools (Data Masking, TDM).
+ Strong experience and skill to administer and support Informatica Big Data Management platform integrated with Hadoop (Cloudera) landing zone as this platform is hosting HRConnect/HCMP application that is very time sensitive for payroll processing.
+ Hands on experience in different RDBMS like Oracle, SQL server and Teradata, Salesforce, and advanced connectors like SAS, MQ, and others.
+ Proficiency with Linux/Unix and ability to write moderately complex shell scripts (using ksh, sh, bash, etc) to support data integration tasks, database maintenance, automation, and testing.
+ Proficiency and extensive hands-on experience working with core infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, AIX, Linux, Windows, network, storage, and performance management capabilities.
+ Experience with large infrastructure integrated implementations and coordinated upgrades. Experience writing monitoring scripts, queries, and automating system tasks.
+ Partnering with interface developers, UNIX, Production Control, Database Services, Web Services, Storage Management, Disaster Recovery, and other IT teams as part of ongoing operations as well as related vendor teams
OBIEE
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Perform end-to-end OAS/OBIEE 12c administration, including installation, configuration, clustering, migration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
+ Configuring MUDE (Multi User Development Environment), OBIEE scheduler, Usage Tracking, Security integration between RPD and BI Publisher, Repository Sever and Presentation Server configuration changes, Cluster Configs, Cache etc.
+ Manage and maintain RPD development, catalog migration, and report/dashboard deployment.
+ Configure and troubleshoot high-availability OBIEE implementations, including clustering and load balancing.
+ Conduct regular monitoring, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for performance or availability issues.
+ Server space management for various log and cache files, back up files etc.
+ Monitoring the overall OBIEE usage on server and capturing the usage spikes etc. to improve the performance
+ Integrate OBIEE with LDAP, external databases, and directory services. Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and SSL certificate configuration/renewal.
+ Administer application roles, groups, and user management in secure and scalable environments.
+ Work closely with Oracle Support to manage SRs and resolve critical platform issues.
+ Provide day-to-day support for BI environments, including troubleshooting report/dashboard issues and assisting development teams.
Skills:
+ 5+ years of experience on administration of OBIEE 11g/ 12C /OAS
+ Strong knowledge of OBIEE tools (BIP, OBIEE), including the Oracle BI Administration Tool.
+ Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server, a key component of the OBIEE environment
+ Proficient in Linux/Unix command-line operations
+ Deep understanding of OBIEE architecture and configuration files
+ Experience with RPD development, catalog migration, and performance optimization
+ Knowledge of application server tuning and database-level performance enhancements
+ Familiarity with SSL, SSO, LDAP integration, and security setup
+ Experience with log analysis and debugging
+ Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to system reliability and performance
Hyperion / Essbase:
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical/functional expertise to support Oracle Essbase applications
+ Manage Oracle/Hyperion Essbase applications including metadata updates, data loads & mapping, security and provisioning
+ Support business users pulling data out of Essbase applications using Hyperion Financial Reports and/or Oracle Smart View, break fix and training
Skills:
+ Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes
+ 5+ years of experience with support and/or developing Hyperion Essbase (11.1.x or higher) applications
+ 3 - 5 years of experience with supporting Oracle Smart View and/or Hyperion Financial Reports
+ 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016
+ Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Financial Management, knowledge of data loading, calculation, and aggregation techniques, understanding of financial reporting requirements.
Nice to have:
+ Working knowledge with Oracle Essbase 21C, including using the Oracle Essbase Jet Console to administer Essbase applications.
+ Nice to have: Recent working experience with PBCS or EPBCS implementations or support
+ Other Skills:
