About the Role:
+ Design and execute a robust loss prevention strategy to safeguard company assets, prevent and minimize theft, and reduce shortages and fraud, ensuring effective risk management and mitigation of loss.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing loss prevention team, driving a culture of accountability and proactive risk assessment.
+ Partner with Retail Operations and Field team to implement field-specific procedures to protect the company’s physical and financial assets and investigate internal and external fraudulent activity.
+ May require 30-50% domestic travel
What You'll Do:
Develop and drive a strong Loss Prevention function:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Store Operations, Field Leadership, Field HR, Finance, and Internal Audit, to establish standard methodologies and improve the efficiency of loss prevention measures.
+ Establish and analyze important metrics related to loss prevention and develop actionable plans to reduce shrinkage and improve operational efficiency.
+ Adopt new technologies and continuously refine processes based on data insights.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats, adjusting loss prevention strategies accordingly to mitigate potential risks.
+ Prepare annual report on the critical metrics for loss prevention and efficiency of established prevention measures.
+ Maintain documentation on security-related incidents or investigations.
Protect Company Assets:
+ Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
+ Develop & implement procedures to reduce property and financial losses, and monitor adherence via store audit program.
+ Investigate internal and external sources of losses; partner with Field Leadership, Store Management and local law enforcement as needed.
+ Manage regional restitution program in partnership with third-party vendor.
Prevent Theft & Fraud:
+ Develop & implement procedures to prevent theft at point of sale, and monitor adherence via store audit program.
+ Conduct periodic inspections of stores to ensure surveillance and security equipment is functioning accurately.
+ Apply data analysis and surveillance tools to identify theft and fraud trends and implement corrective actions.
+ Conduct detailed investigations of theft and fraud incidents, including shoplifting, employee theft, and vendor fraud; collaborate with Field Leadership, Store Management and local law enforcement as needed to bring investigations to conclusion.
+ Monitor surveillance systems and identify potential theft or fraud activities.
+ Implement and maintain security measures like alarm systems, security cameras, and anti-theft devices.
Team Management:
+ Attract and retain a high-performing team; collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement retention and development strategies for existing and emerging talent.
+ Provide leadership for, and develop, a strong team; clarify business goals, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
+ Encourage and foster a culture of diversity & inclusion.
+ Provide training, mentorship and leadership to define standards, processes and procedures within own area of responsibility.
What You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
+ 12-15 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field, with a proven track record of reducing shrinkage in a retail environment.
+ Outstanding leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with collaborators at all levels.
+ Proven ability to build and implement effective asset protection prevention strategies and policies.
+ Demonstrating proficiency in advanced data analytics tools to identify patterns and predict potential losses.
+ Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and reporting tools, to drive informed decision-making.
+ Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information and conducting investigations.
+ Collaborative attitude with a customer-centric approach to loss prevention / asset protection
+ Understanding legal regulations and standard methodologies related to loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks.
+ Experience with loss prevention technology and related analytical tools.
+ Experience with surveillance systems, security technologies, and incident reporting software.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
