$226,158 per year
• Responsible for architectural design issues, coding standards, and overall consistency and quality of the final solution.
• Understand the implications of major design decisions.
• Responsible for highlighting important or difficult decisions, ensuring that the tradeoffs are considered.
• Propose significant architectural changes at the Architectural Review Board.
• Participate in the evaluation of others’ proposals.
• Leverage deep understanding of the financial applications.
Telecommuting permitted up to 60%
Key Responsibilities:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Software Application Engineer-related occupation.
• The position requires 60 months of experience in the following:
• Developing Scalable SaaS applications especially cloud enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday;
• Design and coding ability in application frameworks such as Java/J2EE, PHP and web technologies such as JavaScript;
• Database/data modeling concepts such as Oracle with SQL skills;
• Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability;
• Building ERP (enterprise resource planning) applications such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday; and
• HTML and Domain service framework
