    Overview:

    We're looking for a skilled Quarry Truck Driver to join our team in Thornton, IL. You’ll play a vital role in safely and efficiently transporting materials within our active quarry site.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate 45–65 ton haul trucks to move rock and raw materials on site

    + Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance

    + Follow site-specific safety procedures and reporting protocols

    + Work in coordination with loaders, crushers, and site supervisors to maintain flow

    + Operate other heavy equipment as needed (dozers, loaders, water trucks)

    Qualifications:

    + Experience operating heavy equipment preferred; quarry or construction background a plus

    + Strong commitment to workplace safety and awareness of hazardous environments

    + Ability to work in all weather conditions and navigate rough terrain

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Reliable transportation to and from the site

    Schedule & Compensation:

    + Hourly wage: $30–$33+, based on experience

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday (some Saturday shifts during peak season)
