    **Our client, a leading manufacturer in the furniture and marine industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.** As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams including Warehouse, Load, Quality, Shipping, Service, and Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title:** **Production Supervisor

     

    Pay Range:** **$70-80K

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Lead and coach team members in safety, quality, and productivity practices

    + Implement lean manufacturing processes such as Kanban and min/max supply levels

    + Monitor and manage supply levels to optimize resources

    + Supervise production associates and ensure adherence to procedures and policies

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely order processing and continuous improvement

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Prior experience as a manufacturing supervisor

    + Some college coursework or related post-secondary education

    + Strong background in lean manufacturing and systems

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    + Ability to multitask and collaborate with various departments and leadership levels
