    Accounts Payable Specialist

     

    Are you a detail-oriented AP professional ready to take ownership of a vital function in a fast-moving environment? We’re looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable Specialist** who can work both independently and collaboratively to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Own the full AP cycle, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing

    + Perform **2-way and 3-way matching** to ensure accuracy between POs, receipts, and invoices

    + Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships

    + Prepare payment runs and support monthly closing activities

    + Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong AP background with hands-on experience in **2-way and 3-way matching**

     

    Self-motivated, organized, and dependable – able to manage responsibilities independently

     

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail

     

    Team-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills

     

    Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes with ease
