Project Cost Support

Bilfinger Industrial Services, known as a leading one-stop shop provider for complex industrial services, is seeking to fill a Client Cost Support position at our Mehoopany, PA Site location. This position requires a self-motivated individual to support the Project Manager, Project Team, and other Client Personnel in managing transactions and data to ensure conformity with corporate policy. The individual will be a member of the project team responsible for completing transactional work and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities :

+ May work with the Project Team to establish project structure in SAP

+ Perform Transactional work as requested including:

+ Capitalization of assets

+ Asset Disposals

+ Asset Transfers

+ Data Entry & Reconciliation

+ Inventory Management

+ Attend regularly scheduled meetings

+ Adhoc duties as needed

Requirements:

+ Knowledge of basic accounting terms and functions

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are required.

+ Excellent computer skills

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
