This unique position combines clinical practice with academic responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to both patient care and the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.

    Responsibilities

    + Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.

    + Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.

    + Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)

    + Academic Opportunity - will support local Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency Programs.

    + Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.

    + Starting salary is $250,000. (Negotiable)

    + Base Salary + Productivity Bonus

    + Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.

    + Position in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA

    + Supports J-1 visa waiver sponsorship.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
