KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manage and maintain the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including system upgrades, patches, and installations.
+ Administer and maintain systems with a concentration in SAP’s FI, CO, MM, SD, and PS modules.
+ Analyze requirements, understand and optimize processes and design solutions for all departments.
+ Manage projects to ensure timely solutions for stakeholder problems and requests.
+ Create and maintain existing customizations with careful, organized documentation.
+ Audit user and security roles and access to meet and report on audit controls.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ At least five years of professional experience in the SAP environment
+ SAP certifications are a plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
+ Technical and functional experience with SAP S4/HANA modules:
Finance Accounting (FI)
Controlling (CO)
Material Management (MM)
Sales and Distribution (SD)
Project Systems (PS)
+ Functional experience with BAPI, ABAP, BusinessObjects, BTP CPI.
+ Experience creating and documenting recommendations for technical upgrades based on knowledge of functionality for business operations
+ Previous experience working with managed services providers or contractor support.
+ Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system.
+ Demonstrated experience of business processes and associated technology.
+ Experience in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation, patches and upgrades, and support of enterprise applications
+ Demonstrated experience in client engagement.
+ Experience with Group Reporting, SAC, and/or RAR a plus.
+ Experience working with and administrations of applications (Ariba, Concur) a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
+ Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, bending, and lifting
+ Able to hear and speak on a telephone
+ Close visual work on a computer terminal, whiteboards, printed documents, and blueprints
+ Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
+ This position is expected to be remote with occasional need to be on-site in a shared workspace.
+ Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer; construction sites; confined locations with IT equipment
+ Some Travel may be required.
+ Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $104,800 - $157,000.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

Your day at NTT DATA
The IT Systems Administrator is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining computer servers and networks.
This role is responsible for ensuring continuous availability of networks and systems by effectively identifying network and system requirements, installing upgrades and monitoring performance.
Key responsibilities:
+ Plans, configures, tests server hardware, software, local area network and wide area networks.
+ Installs, configures and upgrades servers in line with policy and system requirements.
+ Ensures that application software is available to users.
+ Tests, installs, configures and upgrades new and existing application software.
+ Recommends the changes to the system, including the application software requirements for such changes.
+ Works closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that the system is updated with the most recent version of the application software available.
+ Creates new users and configures and reset password.
+ Develops policies that govern user accounts.
+ Verifies details of status changes in line with security breaches and identity statuses.
+ Ensures the back-up of important files to enable system restoration and minimal disruption in the event of a hardware, security or administration failure.
+ Assists with the development and implementation of a back-up and recovery policy.
+ Assists with the development and implementation of the disaster recovery plan.
+ Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning.
+ Troubleshoots system hardware and software by identifying problems and potential solutions.
+ Performs routine network start up and shut down procedures to maintain system performance.
+ Runs system load or stress testing and when required escalates application problems to the relevant stakeholders.
+ Uses the relevant system performance tools to determine when hardware should be upgraded.
+ Implements network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
+ Seasoned knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and related policies and procedures.
+ Seasoned understanding internet technologies including basic web-editing skills.
+ Seasoned understanding Relational Database Management systems and Structured Query Language.
+ Seasoned knowledge of TCP/IP, LANs and WAN.
+ Seasoned knowledge of computer hardware and diagnostics.
+ Seasoned understanding of VoIP (voice over internet protocol technology).
+ Ability to work under pressure and mitigate challenges.
+ Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals (both internal and external stakeholders).
+ Full awareness of IT security standards and practice.
+ Seasoned understanding of Microsoft Applications/infrastructure.
+ Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
+ Capable of resolving critical software and hardware issues in a time sensitive manner.
+ Seasoned knowledge of methods, tools and equipment used in the installation and service of hardware and software.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
+ Relevant certification such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP is beneficial.
Required experience:
+ Seasoned experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
+ Seasoned experience as a System Administrator.
+ Seasoned experience working with Microsoft operating systems, system administration, and system security experience.
