    Are you an experienced, mission-driven leader ready to shape the future of person-centered services? Lifetime Assistance is seeking a dynamic Associate Director for Day Services to help lead, innovate, and elevate programming for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple locations.

     

    In this critical leadership role, you'll partner closely with the Director of Day Services to drive strategic initiatives, support program teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant services that reflect our core values of dignity, respect, and independence.

    What You'll Do:

    + Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and staff to deliver exceptional day programming.

    + Ensure compliance with all OPWDD regulations through strong quality assurance systems.

    + Support program oversight and service delivery across multiple Day Services sites.

    + Coach and develop staff through recruitment, supervision, and ongoing mentorship.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with families, care teams, community partners, and agency leadership.

    + Drive innovation in service planning and documentation processes.

    + Represent the department in community groups and internal leadership initiatives.

    + Assist with budgeting and resource management to support effective operations.

    + Champion person-centered services that reflect the voices and goals of those we support.

    + Manage the program waitlist and support timely placements.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Education & Experience:

    + Master's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience, or

    + Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in human services (1+ year supervisory required).

    + Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered practices.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to travel between sites and provide leadership coverage as needed.

    + Must meet agency driving and background check requirements.
