Position Summary

Leads the business operations analysis process while providing forecasting and analytical support to business partners.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve profitability in the organization's daily operations.

+ Prepares monthly analysis of cost operational performance.

+ Analyzes field location financial performance against key business metrics.

+ Documents pertinent financial highlights to determine progress against plans.

+ Identifies and analyzes areas for business improvement.

+ Proposes operational changes to policies, process, and procedures to streamline business.

+ Develops, implements, and monitors financial models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

+ Maintains and develops reporting tools to monitor financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

+ 5+ years of financial experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
