A well-established, client-focused law firm is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to support its expanding estate planning practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering stability, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Draft and prepare estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)

+ Organize and maintain client files and case documentation

+ Coordinate document signings and manage follow-up communications

+ Liaise with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals

+ Assist with probate filings and related legal procedures

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in estate planning or probate law

+ Paralegal certificate or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and client service abilities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
