Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Operator to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring quality assurance processes are adhered to within the manufacturing industry. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, ensuring clear communication and proper grammar.

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to photo enforcement programs in various communities.

• Maintain detailed and accurate call notes in the system on a daily basis.

• Escalate complex issues promptly to the Call Center Manager for resolution.

• Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor daily communication channels, including email, to stay updated on company directives.

• Identify team challenges and recommend solutions to the Call Center Manager.

• Support the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for Call Center Representatives.

• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for team members.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed to support operational goals. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role.

• Proficiency in computer programs, including CRM and ERP systems.

• Strong skills in data processing and familiarity with Epic Software.

• Ability to manage billing functions and claim administration effectively.

• Proven experience in handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.

• Knowledge of benefit functions and related administrative processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach.
